Tomorrow is the day we will all gather together to celebrate the resurrection of our Lord, Jesus Christ. This has always been an awesome day. We would get the kids dressed in the new Easter clothes, every step we made towards our church was filled with excitement and anticipation. Now the kids are grown, each has their own families to make their memories as I share in my heart. We will rise tomorrow, dress for church and enter before His presence. What is different this year? Truly the children are grown and they are not here to share this day with us. We must admittedly say we are in a place where no family resides, yet as I make my way to the theater tomorrow, I am reminded that is not the presence of my family that made Easter what it was. It was the remembrance of the victory of that day and the expectation of what my God may do this day.
Tomorrow, join me as we come before our risen Savior and Almighty God. Come with me as we bow before His majesty and victory. Stand next to me as we lift our voices, our hands and our faces to the one who purchased us from the slavery of sin and transplanted us into the realm of his Marvelous Light. Praise be to the Risen King of Kings!!!!!
